How long does an order take?
Pieces are made in small runs. Production takes 5 to 10 business days, then 3 to 7 business days for delivery inside Canada. International orders take longer and the rate is calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy?
30 days to return unworn pairs in their original box. We cover the return label inside Canada. One size exchange per order, free inside Canada. Pieces that have been worn outdoors cannot be returned, because shearling picks up grit that does not come out.
How do I care for shearling?
Brush with a suede brush in one direction. Keep them dry, and if they do get wet, dry them slowly at room temperature away from any heat source. Never machine wash. Store on an open shelf rather than in a sealed box so the hide can breathe.
What size should I order?
The Elysian runs true to standard womens sizing. If you are between sizes, take the smaller one, since shearling packs down slightly with wear and a loose slipper will not stay on. Full measurements are on the size guide.

We are a Canadian-based company, designed in Alberta. Orders ship from Canada.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, worldwide. Canadian orders are fastest and clear no customs. International rates and any duties are calculated at checkout so there is no surprise on delivery.
